Can't believe how fast my holiday has gone! Us teachers just don't get enough time off... :D

I am doing some cleaning/decorating this week. I am possibly the LEAST houseproud person I know. I have been clearing the spare bedroom and my bedroom, and quite a lot of the stuff has just sat there for the last 9 years (since I moved in here.) Once of the remnants of living with family that never goes away is hoping that if you leave something long enough, someone else will tidy it up! Damn, wish those cats could work for their keep...

On the adopted cat front, Thomas is still ruling the roost here. He might be an OAP in cat terms but has started chasing my 2 off when he is in a grumpy mood or wants first bash at the cat food. He tried to wake me up the other day by sitting on the pillow and patting my face! After I kicked him across the room he might not try that again....I HATE having my sleep disturbed...
